• Question: is it true that the people on earth know more about space then the do about our own ocean

      Its tough to answer. Because we don’t have any relative number to say how much percent of space we know or how much percent of ocean we have covered . Both are endless in knowledge. But its easy to study space than ocean. Because in space its only one environment need to be taken care off but in ocean its many. And also as you go deeper into ocean the pressure increases tremendously which makes any human or machine to send deep down.

      It definitely feels that way don’t you think?

      People have always been fascinated by things they do not understand or cannot touch. Space is a really good example of this as there are records of people studying space as far back as in ancient Egypt whereas the ocean has always been right in front of us. I think nowadays though the research is more evenly split as people have realised how important our oceans are to maintaining life here on Earth.
